The Port of Vigo hosts the most important cruise companies every year. Its infrastructures and terminals allow it to offer the best service to all types of cruise ships, from the world’s largest to small boutique or expedition cruises.
2011 marked the peak of cruise traffic in Vigo. That year more than 253,000 passengers were received in 118 calls. In recent years, the data has stabilized at an average of 160,000 passengers and about 75 annual calls.
The Port of Vigo holds membership in the main European Atlantic international cruise ports associations, like CRUISE EUROPE and CLIA.
